If you are currently a Commonwealth employee, and you need to access the Executive Board Resolutions site, After you Enter the application, Use your current CWOPA user name and password (the same user name and password you would use to log into your PC). You must enter “cwopa\” prior to your user name (this is not required before your password). For example: User ID: cwopa\jdoe

If you are not a CWOPA Commonwealth of Pennsylvania employee, you must create a PALogin account in order to access the EBR application. You can create a PALogin account by clicking the Enter button below and selecting the Register button on the PALogin page. Once you have created a PALogin account, you will be able to access the Executive Board Resolutions site with your PALogin User ID and password.
